Sara has always had a passion for health from a young age and a fascination with the medicinal powers of food and nature after hearing stories of how her great grandad was nursed back to health using poultices and natural remedies after the first world war.
She graduated from the University of South Wales in 2006 with a degree in Chiropractic and qualified from the College of Naturopathic Medicine as a nutritional therapist in 2014. She has also completed courses in Emotional Freedom Technique and has an interest in mind the mind-body connection.
"I genuinely love to help people so if I can I will always try to get to the bottom of a health problem for someone. There are so many factors at play when a person becomes unwell. I like to help people discover their unique reasons. It's helpful to find and manage the cause, not just the symptoms."
