The Women's Health Practicum
Hosted by our Head of Education, Tanya Borowski
Wednesday the 8th of July, 10 am - 5 pm BST
If you work with women presenting with PMDD or chronic pelvic pain, you'll know these are among the most clinically complex, and most underserved, cases in practice - too often poorly served by both conventional and functional frameworks.
On Wednesday the 8th of July 2026, our Head of Education, Tanya Borowski, is hosting The Women's Health Practicum at Rockwater, Hove - a full clinical day in partnership with Dr Peta Wright, one of Australia's leading integrative gynaecologists, and Rachel Jessey, practitioner and educator in circadian biology, biophysics and quantum biology.
This is not an introductory overview. The day is pitched at practitioners already working in women's health who want to go deeper: specifically around PMDD, chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis and central sensitisation.
The programme covers:
-
The Architecture of Female Hormonal Health: Tanya's clinical framework for PMDD, including the DASH-MC model, the endocannabinoid system, nutrigenomics and a clear-eyed look at testing strategy.
-
Chronic Pelvic Pain in Practice: Dr Peta Wright on nervous system dysregulation, trauma and whole-person pelvic pain care.
-
The Invisible Environment: Rachel Jessey on light, frequency, and the neuro-immune-endocrine axis — addressing the environmental load that most clinical frameworks never reach, with practical guidance practitioners can use immediately.
- The Practitioner Audit: live case work, clinical reasoning in real time, and an honest conversation about practitioner wellbeing.
The day closes with an expert panel Q&A featuring Tanya, Peta, Rachel, Emma Beswick, Tracey Randell and more.
The day includes 6 hours CPD, fully referenced slide decks, plant-based lunch, guided breathwork and a signed copy of Dr Peta Wright's book Healing Pelvic Pain.
As an intimate, in-person only training event, spaces are limited to 45.
Early bird tickets are £175 until Wednesday the 24th of June*
