Description

DHA, a type of omega-3, is incredibly important in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Around 30% of eye and brain fatty tissue is DHA and baby gets it from mum, so it’s important to keep levels up. It's pure & safe, independently tested for your peace of mind.

Why it’s so important: Omega-3 is critical for your baby's development & your wellbeing. From trying to conceive right through to breastfeeding, omega-3 fatty acids are critical. DHA (one type of omega-3) is essential for the proper growth and development of babies’ eyes and brains.

IFOS Certified Purity: Every batch of our Mums & Bumps Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules is tested twice by us and tested independently by IFOS. They are tested for radioactivity and to ensure they don’t contain iodine. This is why we can guarantee that our fish oil is pure, fresh and safe. We also publish the test results for every batch which you can find below.

No Vitamin A: There is no vitamin A in our Mums and Bumps capsules so they are perfectly safe for pregnant mums.

Easily Digested: Our fish oils are super fresh so they're gentle on sensitive pregnant tummies and never cause fishy burps. They're also in the natural triglyceride form which is easier for the body to absorb.

Wild, Sustainably Caught Fish: We only work with Norwegian fisheries and manufacturers certified by both Friends of the Sea and the Marin Trust. We never use farmed fish, only small wild fish which are right at the bottom of the food chain, meaning they contain fewer heavy metals and other pollutants such as PCBs.

Fish Gelatin Capsules: All of our capsules are made from sustainably sourced fish gelatin, we don’t use beef or pork in any of our products, which means they’re OK for pescatarians.

From Norway & The UK: Our fish oil is made in Norway and our capsules are manufactured in the UK.
