The Mighty Liver: Bridging traditional and modern approaches

Harry Stroud delivers an evidence-based, practitioner-focused webinar, in collaboration with de-liver-ance®. Exploring the liver as a master regulator of metabolism, hormone balance, energy production, detoxification capacity, and circadian health.

The liver is often associated with alcohol, yet liver dysfunction and metabolic liver disease are rising despite declining alcohol consumption—highlighting the growing impact of modern lifestyle stressors on liver health.

You'll gain a clear understanding of what the liver does, how it influences fatigue, weight regulation, skin health, sleep, and fertility, and why standard blood tests often fail to provide a complete picture of liver function.

Moving beyond short-term detoxification, this session reframes liver support as a process of building long-term hepatic resilience. Practical strategies will be shared to help practitioners assess liver health more effectively and apply nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation approaches, including the clinical use of de-liver-ance®, to support clients with fatty liver disease and metabolic dysfunction.

By the end of this webinar, practitioners will be able to:

  • Understand the liver’s central role in metabolism, hormone balance, fertility, cognition, and energy regulation.
  • Identify modern drivers of liver dysfunction and explain why liver disease is increasing.
  • Recognise the limitations of standard liver blood markers and assess liver health more effectively.
  • Apply evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation strategies to support liver resilience and fatty liver reversal.
  • Confidently evaluate practical dosing considerations for de-liver-ance® in clinical practice.
