Despite the UK government announcing a second 4 week lockdown for the month of November, Amrita Nutrition will continue to process and ship orders. Our online website is accessible to place orders all hours of the day, and our phone lines are running as normal (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5pm GMT).

The health and safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate is our first priority and is critical to ensuring that we can continue to meet your needs. Guided by the recommendations of Public Health England and industry best practices, we have deployed a comprehensive prevention plan.
Key elements of this plan include increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning and sanitization at our facilities (including our warehouses), instituting travel and visitation restrictions, and utilizing remote work environments wherever possible.
Ensuring product quality and continuity of supply:
We have taken considerable steps to minimize potential disruption. It is important to note that the majority of our products are sourced from the United States and there are internal and air freight delays in many states which is increasing some lead times. Several suppliers are continuing to have manufacturing delays and problems sourcing raw materials. For this reason, stock we receive may be limited or out of production until further notice.
If you are overseas there could be considerable delays depending on COVID status. Customers who have ordered from countries which have implemented a lockdown may not receive shipments until this is lifted.
Customer service and delivery timelines:
Currently, our office based staff are socially distanced and following local guidelines. Our in-house practitioners are all continuing to work from home for the foreseeable future. Please take this into account when communicating with our team members. Their hard work and dedication has ensured that we have been able to offer a continued service throughout.
