BREXIT Message

As you know the transition period for the U.K leaving the E.U will end on the 1st January 2021, I wanted to outline our current position regarding Brexit and provide you with an update on our latest position.
We have been notified by our delivery partners that some delivery routes are likely to be delayed. Please ensure you order your items with plenty of time to allow for these delays.
We have also progressed with some key actions to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum.
- We are deploying a new eCommerce check-out so your products are not delayed by customs and all taxes are accounted for
- We have an ongoing price review to ensure that duty and tax do not have a significant effect on your orders
- We have secured more delivery options to expand our delivery options into Europe
- We have identified key stock items and strengthened our stock position in advance with the additional purchase of hundreds of items.
Despite the political uncertainty, we are confident that our planning will enable us to maintain the high level of customer service and support you have come to expect.
