The cornerstone of Rosita Real Foods is our Extra-Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO). It is real Norwegian cod liver oil that’s fresh, raw and handcrafted from wild livers using a generations-old extraction technique, which turns to nature to separate the oil from its liver.
This type of cod liver oil is precious, rare and virtually impossible to produce on an industrial level (Meanwhile, many of the industrialized fish body/liver oils undergo heavy refining that actually robs them of the nutrients they’re supposed to possess).
