A targeted combination formulated specifically to support a healthy balance of thyroid hormones by increasing conversion of T4 to T3. Many people with thyroid issues have difficulty making this conversion and so by providing this blend of cofactor nutrients and specific botanicals, levels of the active hormone, T3, can be optimised. Selenium, and zinc are important co-factor nutrients for this process, meaning they are required by the enzymes that make this conversion happen. Ashwagandha, a traditional ayurvedic herb, has been shown to support thyroid health.

Because levels of T3 are not routinely tested for, T-Convert may be particularly helpful for those who are resistant to other therapies, i.e. those whose laboratory markers TSH and T4 appear within normal range but who feel no improvement.
